Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA) and Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting is required for facilities required to maintain SDSs under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations for hazardous chemicals stored or used in the work place. In order to comply, the Station provides site-specific information on hazardous chemicals and releases of toxic chemicals to federal, state and local emergency planning committees.
